The guy overcharged me for the trip, I did only 11 miles and got charged for 25 miles. The truck was full of scratches, really dirty inside. I even told him that I don’t want insurance but he added it to my contract, he didn’t make me sign anywhere nothing. This sends out a really bad image about U-haul. I have the pictures of the truck as well. The fuel was said on contract will be at half but was no where near half. Please an action need to be taken against these kind of neighbourhood dealers as they will ruin U-haul’s reputation.

Booked for July 1st 8 AM. I was at pickup location 20mn before and tried to take the truck with the app but it wasn’t working. Called the assistance who was talking from bed I guess ! Not helpful at all and suggested me to go to another location far from actual one with no gurantee to have a truck . The owner didn’t do his job well this is why i couldn’t use the app . He finally showed up one hour after and said he was busy !!!!!!!! Rude talking and didnt even apologize ! Very bad experience !
Katia AUne madame était sur place, super douce avec moi. Mais l’autre bourreau qui était sensé me livrer le camion n’était pas là . J’ai attendu au pins 1 h avant d’avoir le camion, que j’ai réservé au préalable. Je ne pourrais blâmer la madame , car elle avait beaucoup sur ces épaules , c’est un mini marché, donc il gère tout en même temps voire même ses enfants étaient là. Bref, le monsieur , très arrogant ne prend pas cœur ce qu’il fait , et s’en contre fouttre de mon temps perdu . Ensuite il m’a chargé $ 50 pour l’essence , alors que j’ai fait le plein avant de remettre le camion , même dépassé la limite depart. Je vais perdre encore mon temps pour faire réviser ma location, juste il y a un incompétent qui fait pas bien son travail .
