The location could have been closer. I had it rented in Labelle and someone took it 2 days before I was going to pick it up. Then I had to go 60 miles out of my way to get it. I should have received a 50.00 discount for having to travel that far out of my way. Poor business on your part U-Haul!

SOE -We couldn’t get ahold of the local uhaul guy, he finally showed up 45 mins later cussing up a storm about how he hates dealing uhaul . It was just unprofessional, inconsiderate and rude!
