Mobile drop off horrible. Waited over 30 minutes for a code for the gate and had to make several calls bc the facility was saying to call uhaul and uhaul said call the facility. Complete joke. Probably won’t use uhaul again just based off this.

The hours posted on the website and on the facility are incorrect. No one was there on Saturday to assist with the drop off. I had to wait for a person who rented a storage unit to leave so I could park the truck, run to the drop off box and get out of the gate area before the gate closed.
