Our return after hours was awful. We were not provided with any code upon return of the truck. The truck was supposed to be parked behind a gate with a code. We were not given any code. I called customer service but U-Haul was closed. We had to wait for an individual to let us into the facility that was going their for their own unit and then got locked in the gate and had to wait for a different individual to come and let us out that was going to their facility. Very poorly managed regarding the return process. Had we not called, left messages, and did not have anyone come by, we would have been charged even more than we already were. Awful experience

Experience was excellent!
Tracy MI’ve rented U-Haul trucks before but this was the first time I completed the rental completely online, which is so much easier. The truck was clean and like new, only 15k miles on it. I am 100% satisfied with the whole process.
GARY AThis place has a gate that a code is needed. There is a number a sign tells your to call if you don’t have the code but every option you click says they will return your call within 24 business hours. We could not get ahold of anyone and finally someone drove through the gate so we could get it to drop off. This place is horrible don’t return here.
