Was not supposed to use this location but received a call that the reservation location did not have the trailer I have requested months in advance. I needed to drive miles out of my way get a trailer. Still was charge full price for all my inconvenience. The technician was not sure how to connect the lights when hooking up to my vehicle, needing to do it myself.
