Overall, the truck ran fine. It was just horribly dirty, like as if it was sitting outside for years untouched.
Christopher CThe equipment was fine, the pickup process was definitely not as easy as the website made it seem. The lock on the back of the truck was extremely tough to open, I mentioned it to the office when I dropped the truck off at the end of the day.
Melissa EMy husband and I had one of the best experiences. We drove from San Diego to Moreno Valley for furniture. Not realizing that we were going to need a U-Haul. We went to one location. They did not have any, but they took the time to locate another. We then showed up to that one and the staff was so friendly so helpful. Give us all the details that we needed and just amazing customer service. Be a step-by-step which included somebody would be contacting us in regards to a few different drop off location choices. I would definitely recommend U-Haul to anyone and definitely use it again for the convenience the price point everything was absolutely amazing.
