Reservation was delayed due to me having to re input, previously inputted information on the rental form. I was informed that I had to wait for approval?? I didn’t understand , approval for what?! But after waiting approximately 5 minutes I was finally given the code to unlock the lock for the truck keys. After this it was effortless!!

LUZ AHorrible customer service! Picks cup the truck only to be given 2 of the same keys which were both red, the truck had a gold lock on it and neither key open the truck. I made several calls only to be bounced around until one last call, I was asked to take the truck to another U-haul to have them cut the lock off! This inconvenience me for the extra time and miles! Filed a complaint because I was charged for going over Miles due to their/ your mess up! I will be disputing the charge with my bank if I don’t hear from some field supervisor/ manager is supposed to call me in 3 days! Do better U-haul. Signed very dissatisfied customer!
