JAYLON SSecurity for after hours pickup. This was not our chosen location. This facility was about a 30 min drive from our requested pick up location.
PRESTON CReservation was delayed due to me having to re input, previously inputted information on the rental form. I was informed that I had to wait for approval?? I didn’t understand , approval for what?! But after waiting approximately 5 minutes I was finally given the code to unlock the lock for the truck keys. After this it was effortless!!
