Worst experience ever ! The guy the hire to clean the trucks was rude. The lady at counter told me to go to a different location when I showed her my email reservation clearly stated I had to drop it off there .. I even asked her to confirm the address that I had on my reservation was the address and she said I understand but my system is telling me you have to drop it off to a different location because they probably need it. What I should’ve done is told her that’s not my job! I’m dropping off where the reservation is telling me now you do your job and figure out what “your system” is telling you. But I didn’t want to be rude. So I drop it off at the location she sent me. And they told me to go back to the first location that she’s wrong … now they want to charge me for gas and environmental fee I already paid for ! I will never rent from U-Haul again. It’s just not worth the hassle !
