Absolutely, the best experience with you all.I've ever had.. Questions answered on the phone pleasantly, friendly end accommodating. Made arrangements to pick up and greeted and the check in process, was efficient en flawlessly taking care of. I was accompanied to pick up the trailer with a very knowledgeable worker.She knew the equipment and was more than happy to help in any way to get me on my way... It was very quick transition. ROSEMARIE DTruck was in decent shape. It had an active maintenance alert but that was not a problem. I had originally reserved a cargo van but this was a good alternative.
RICHARD HIt was so easy to rent a Uhaul from the Cheat Lake location. Everything was explained. I will use them in the future and I reccomend them through my experience
JACKIE FI booked the return to 1050 Maple Dr (I have the online confirmation to prove it). Then they told me to take the truck to 858 Tyrone Rd. i lost 40 minutes of my day to your mistake. And then you charged me for the extra miles to get to the 858 Tyrone Rd address --- WHICH WAS NOT THE RETURN I BOOKED. Unacceptable. I expect an immediate refund.
