It was so easy to rent a Uhaul from the Cheat Lake location. Everything was explained. I will use them in the future and I reccomend them through my experience

I booked the return to 1050 Maple Dr (I have the online confirmation to prove it). Then they told me to take the truck to 858 Tyrone Rd. i lost 40 minutes of my day to your mistake. And then you charged me for the extra miles to get to the 858 Tyrone Rd address --- WHICH WAS NOT THE RETURN I BOOKED. Unacceptable. I expect an immediate refund.
Mark WI’m writing to formally raise concerns about my recent rental experience. First, I originally reserved a 15’ truck at a location near my home weeks in advance. On the morning of pickup, I was informed that no trucks were available there and was redirected to a location nearly 20 miles away. This change resulted in an unexpected $25 Uber expense. When I picked up the truck, it had the windows down and the fuel level was at approximately 3/5 of a tank. After closing the windows and beginning my trip, the cab had a very strong cigarette odor. The smell was overwhelming to the point that my wife and I had to pull over during the drive just to get relief. Additionally, the 3/5 fuel level made it unnecessarily difficult to return the truck accurately fueled. I returned it with more gas than it had upon pickup. Despite this, I was later charged a cleaning fee, even though I swept the truck before returning it. I also raised the cigarette odor issue with the employee at return, who acknowledged the condition. Given these issues, I am requesting: * Removal of the cleaning charge * Reimbursement for the $25 Uber expense caused by the location change This experience fell well below expectations, especially given that the reservation was made in advance. I would appreciate your prompt review and resolution
