I’m writing to formally raise concerns about my recent rental experience. First, I originally reserved a 15’ truck at a location near my home weeks in advance. On the morning of pickup, I was informed that no trucks were available there and was redirected to a location nearly 20 miles away. This change resulted in an unexpected $25 Uber expense. When I picked up the truck, it had the windows down and the fuel level was at approximately 3/5 of a tank. After closing the windows and beginning my trip, the cab had a very strong cigarette odor. The smell was overwhelming to the point that my wife and I had to pull over during the drive just to get relief. Additionally, the 3/5 fuel level made it unnecessarily difficult to return the truck accurately fueled. I returned it with more gas than it had upon pickup. Despite this, I was later charged a cleaning fee, even though I swept the truck before returning it. I also raised the cigarette odor issue with the employee at return, who acknowledged the condition. Given these issues, I am requesting: * Removal of the cleaning charge * Reimbursement for the $25 Uber expense caused by the location change This experience fell well below expectations, especially given that the reservation was made in advance. I would appreciate your prompt review and resolution

Nick NThe truck was disgustingly inside the cab (sticky and dirty) and in the back there was nasty sticky all over the fooors. . The bag of cushion and plastic provided by uhaul smelled of Mildew that smelled the whole truck up. I am allergic to mold. The maintenance in the vehicle terrible. I had to go back and tell the it was sawing all over the road and instead of finding me a new truck they told me they had nothing I had to take that one or find another dealership myself.
