Truck was quite worn. Brakes needed adjusting, parking brake would not hold. People with whom we worked with to get paperwork done were fantastic but you computer system is a complete failure. WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE UHAUL AGAIN.
THOMAS FIt was an issue with Uhaul website & rentals. It was not any fault of employee. He tried to help as much as possible. t took two hours to try to confirm a reservation made with card. The Uhaul website continued to reverse charges not allowing the rental.
Blake oI had a wonderful experience renting a U-Haul at this location. The van was super clean and drove very well. Regina was very nice and accommodating. I would recommend this location to anyone needing to lease a reliable, clean transportation vehicle.
