The Truck was filthy inside and out. It was so unsanitary inside that I consider having to use the truck a physical health hazard.
Ehren BLock box was not in an obvious location. Lock box was rusty and difficult to open. Van was parked so tight between two other trucks that I could barely get the door open. The interior was filthy dirty—layer of dirt on the dash and dog hair on seats. Van pulled hard to the left, making highway driving joyous. And btw they don’t allow you to leave your car in their giant parking lot so you have to go park across the street and walk over.
Tara SStaff was friendly, but it didn't seem like I was renting from a U-haul location. Other locations in Morro Bay seem more professional in their approach to customers. It seemed like I was just dealing with Hinson tire shop employees who happen to have U-haul trucks on their premise.
