I use this service a lot. It’s such a shame that now each time I do I just grit my teeth and hope it’s not going to be worse that the last time…. And each time you bug me more on text before the pickup and harass me during the rental saying “other families want my truck push push” and then when your service for pick up doesn’t work you have the customer waiting for hours as if it doesn’t matter while I’m paying movers on my end and not able to get the truck…..Get your people training please! I was on the phone - hold-transfer-hold transfer and have them be nice!! What happed to customer service???. Your company insists we move quickly and correctly but “your system being down where I couldn’t pick up the truck as scheduled was not your problem or fault it seems! And no one can offer any compensation- you can have 20 free miles- that’s 20 off when I have 200 $ movers sitting waiting. Some day you will have competitors and you will lose business and customers by your cockey treatment of the customer - like they were lucky to book a truck! Also your booking process…. Don’t tell me where I’m picking up just to have scheduling call 30 min later and tell me a new 40-min different location - have one group tell the location! I booked a non refundable hotel near my pick up location on line not changeable and Then the next department called and told me pick up was 40 miles from that location and to bad my problem Was the attitude of the agent… so I had to get someone to drive me 40 min in LA traffic only to have your systems down and in the middle of no where no WiFi wait 2 hours to get the truck.

I dropped off the truck after hours the dance day. I took care of the drop off on the app
ALFONSO MWhen I went to pick up the vehicle the keys were not in the proper numbered bag and I needed to ask Hinsons for help as using the app was extremely difficult. They helped me, which they shouldn’t have to do and we worked it out but the pictures wouldn’t load and with all the trouble of getting the keys, I was an hour behind schedule.
Alison EThe guy gave me the wrong truck key and I tried it like 5 times- had to go get the right one - there also wasn't a check by the guy re: any dents or things wrong w/the U-Haul before I drove it off the lot. He wasn't very friendly and said that you guys rent space to put your U-Hauls on and they don't do anything but give the keys out... I will not go there again- ever!
LINDA GWe denied insurance on our online booking, but when we got there, we couldn’t check in for the lockbox. That was not the problem. When the desk agent rebooked our reservation then and there, he did not ask if we wanted the insurance or not and we were charged an additional $15.00.
