While I don't have anything bad to say about the pick up location, I was very disappointed in the rental experience in regards to the automation. I was never able to add other drivers using the App and when I called customer service directly, the representatives were not very helpful. If you have to have multiple drivers, I highly recommend choosing a location that is a U-Haul facility and adding them in person. My son recently experienced the same issues with adding a driver. The App is worthless.

Neysa SVan was dirty looks like construction debris
Graham CThe Truck was filthy inside and out. It was so unsanitary inside that I consider having to use the truck a physical health hazard.
Ehren BLock box was not in an obvious location. Lock box was rusty and difficult to open. Van was parked so tight between two other trucks that I could barely get the door open. The interior was filthy dirty—layer of dirt on the dash and dog hair on seats. Van pulled hard to the left, making highway driving joyous. And btw they don’t allow you to leave your car in their giant parking lot so you have to go park across the street and walk over.
