RICHARD KThe pickup location was reserved at one location and then moved to a destination much farther away which resulted in extra cost and inconvenience to me. I then called the 800 number and asked that it be moved to the Morro Bay location. I received 4 separate texts from U Haul regarding the reservation and because I was busy packing and working, I failed to see that the reservation location had been changed. I will not be renting from U Haul inn the future.
