I would reckon this location and I would go to this dealer to help set up U-Haul other areas. The time before this I was taken advantage of in Tennessee. I reserved a truck through U-Haul apt to pick up 5 cabinets in Knoxville Tennessee. But when I got to the dealer they had not kept a small U-Haul truck and I had to take the 64’ truck, which was ridiculous. I had to drive back to mt airy NC with this huge truck with a very small space used. Dealing with this guy was great, but U-Haul over all through their apt stinks…
MARGARET CLocation and customer service was amazing. Truck was clean and ready to upon my arrival with trailer already hooked up. To no fault of the worker, the one way rental truck had a faulty fuel gauge that was stuck. Employee at drop off was notified so that issue could be fixed
