It was after hours, so we had no interaction with anyone. Had someone called and informed me that i would be charged this extra $284 I could have went back and delivered to wherever they wanted!

TERRENCE MIt was a pleasure to meet Mr. Hull. I chose this location because it had better customer ratings than the other local option. 90 minutes before my contract ended HQ sent me an email telling me to return my rental to this other location (the one with the lower ratings) in an effort to balance the units in Mount Airy. It all worked out well.
PHILIP BAdam made the transaction easy for me. He did what he said he would do! (Not everyone does) I highly recommend the U-Haul business run by the Hull family!
