The mobile app failed at 7am. The location owner had to be called for pickup at 9am when he never showed to open business.Truck bed had leftover cardboard.Truck broke down after unloading and had to be towed. Location owner called several days later hunting down truck.Had no idea about breakdown. Poor Communication. Why would anyone pay for this service?
