We recently got over a foot of snow. This lot was not touched with a plow/shovel or salt. I almost couldn’t get the truck up the hill to get out because of the snow. The truck got stuck in the snow upon return & I couldn’t properly park it. Also, the walk way wasn’t even shoveled so I had to walk through all the snow with gym shoes on, not prepared to walk through that much snow.

LOIS AFront desk was rude and didnt say much , it was scary looking and dogs was barking but you couldn't see them so you didn't know if it was safe to walk in .
Keaira WSmooth pickup of box van and return. He offered things I might need like blankets etc. A 2 wheel truck was already in the truck.
