Staff was amazing at this location The equipment however was not currently still have the U-Haul truck but the transmission seems to be having severe issues and is slipping and bucking The U-Haul trailer that we rented had torn straps on both sides we paid full price for these rentals and have had nothing but problems out of them we could not strap down our vehicle onto the trailer so we had to employ the use of our own ratchet straps and pay for them to strap the car down so we didn't lose it on top of that the headlights on the U-Haul truck you couldn't see 5 ft in front of you with so we were able to only do our moving during the day and now when we return the truck have more things to move that we have to move in our vehicle because we have run out of time and don't want to pay for something that doesn't even run right do better at taking care of your equipment
