I hah to pick the truck up at a different location, last minute., which was very inconvenient.
Ethan PWhile the equipment was dated, it seemed to be properly maintained. The staff wasn’t particularly warm, but they were efficient. This is a place where you rent a U-Haul and go—customer service isn’t really part of the experience.
