The reservation process is a nightmare. The service center we had to go to was 40 miles from our home even though I reserved in town. But the system didn't keep the reservation. Then the early turn in, after hours, was ridiculous. The system again, didn't work. I had to get on a chat and get my truck turned in. And even then that was nearly 45 minutes. Moving day was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE thanks to y'all's shotty "no human contact" system. And to have the audacity to charge the rates after all that. What should have been a 4 hour turn around turned into nearly 8 hours.

LARRY MDealership helped me through the process. Was out and back in a couple of hours later. Easy and the equipment was just what i needed to move oversized furniture locally.
JOHN TPicked up the trailer with no problems. The gentleman at the location hooked it up for me. The trailer itself pulled very nice with my GMC 1500 Sierra. In fact, I was impressed by the way it rode. The only downside was it didn't have a jack on the tongue, which made it a bit difficult when I dropped it off by myself. I brought a bottle jack with me, and it made it easier to lift from the hitch. I will definitely rent from Mangrum Enterprises again if I need another trailer. Very good experience.
