Robert Bwe were charged 100.00 morethen we were made reservation for plus had to pick up at different loacation didn't have are moving pads was told we would get a 75.00 discount at the end this hasn't happen yet we filled the gas back and then charged 27.00 saying it was less which is wrong we are on ssDi very upset and we have used uhaul many time over the years and this is the first time we have had such poor service for being seniors and a Veteran very disappointed ! I was tttold I would get a call back but so far NOTHING !!!

David DClean the inside of the truck and have the equipment available that you rented. We asked for an appliance dolly and 12 blankets. We got no appliance dolly so we had to go to another U-Haul dealer to rent one and only got 6 blankets. When dolly was returned they did not enter it as returned until the day after it was due.

Robert MAdministratively not on top of things. Location I got my car holder from gave me a different one in the contract called for and the drop off location wanted me to call the other location and get the proper serial number three days after I turned it in they said they couldn't find it excuse and that paperwork down and make sure it's correct, videos U-Haul three times in the last few year and a half and I will never use them again

Lakisha WThe code to access the truck before opening was wrong. We waited an hour for the office to open. They charged me for 118 miles and we had the truck for one hour and forty five minutes. We used U hail recommended movers for 1.5 hours The. maximum mileage was 18 miles. The branch manager said the mileage was correct and I can’t get a refund until the regional vice president reviews the case next week.
James JAllow drop-off at any location i had to drive an extra 25 min when i could have just drove 2 min to a uhaul location. I was told they wouldn’t take it at Bryson city location.

Derek SWhen I picked up the truck I was told the gas was almost on full15/16 of a tank.when I started the truck up to do a pre trip inspection I noticed the gas was at 3/4 of a tank which at this time seen the guy out side called him over to tell him and show him the gas Guage was not what he indicated. Also he said at time of paying for the truck did I want the contract emailed to me and I said yes please do.never received it.when I returned the truck to Dickson tn the gentleman said truck is good but the gas is not where it should be.Now I had to call the 800 number tell the person what happened and good thi g I took a picture of the miles and gas level before I took the truck .anyway we worked it out but really disappointed in this pick up location.

Wesley BMy location and pickup time was changed numerous times and I was not able to pick up the truck where I reserved it at. It was a frustrating experience overall. The pickup location in Mt. Pleasant was great but I should not have had to drive there to get my truck.

Charles BThe customer service was the best I have ever experienced with any U-haul dealer. The check-in went very fast. She made sure everything was working on the trailer and hooked up correctly. Return was even faster as Steve met me at the lot and unhooked the trailer from my truck. Highly recommend Mangrum Enterprises for your U haul needs.
