Our Initial reservation for a trailer in Athens Alabama was cancelled on the morning we left Texas to pick it up. While driving, we contacted our son in Athens, and he started looking for another. On the second Day of travel the only one to be found was in Mount Pleasant, Tn. (Mangrum Enterprises). I called them and spoke to Steve and asked him to please hold this as we were diverting 1&1/2-hour's drive north of Athens to pick it up. We were leaving Little Rock at the time (5 Hour Drive). We were crunched for time as well as we had to leave Early Sunday to pick up our Grandson's car and get it to Idaho. By the time we got there it was around 2:00 I think. All looked good except we did not have the right plug adapter to go from a 4 to a 7 to the vehicle. Steve was fresh out as well. We spent over an hour searching the local area to no avail. Steve was planning to close at 4:00 due to other arrangements. We called our son in Athens, and he would get one there and bring it up. Steve could not be open the following day due to a funeral. He agreed to stay open late until our Son arrived later with the correct plug. Steve Mangrum went way out of his way help us in every way. I don't remember the time we left though it was much later than planned. Steve is definitely a creditable representative of UHAUL. A very Respectable, Consummate Gentleman. Thank You...

JOHN Tno body there and evidently they didnt know my charges and way over charged me, i am very upset will NEVER use or recommed uhaul again, they were not prepared for the customer way over charged what they promised me and didnt have the truck ready or what i wanted, i want a refund of some of these charges, its rediculous
alice mPaperwork handled efficiently. The lot was large and lots of room to park my car and get the truck out without incident. Owner was of great assistance.
JOHN TThe reservation process is a nightmare. The service center we had to go to was 40 miles from our home even though I reserved in town. But the system didn't keep the reservation. Then the early turn in, after hours, was ridiculous. The system again, didn't work. I had to get on a chat and get my truck turned in. And even then that was nearly 45 minutes. Moving day was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE thanks to y'all's shotty "no human contact" system. And to have the audacity to charge the rates after all that. What should have been a 4 hour turn around turned into nearly 8 hours.
