I stopped by a day early just to check. glad I did, i was told Uhaul reschedule my pick up to another town 30 miles away. I was not notified. If I was 5 minuets later this uhaul would have closed for the next 4 days and I would have been in the cold with no trailer. Sartis Moving supplies got me hooked up and on schedule.

Leaving the 26' truck with less than 1/4 tank of fuel was very disturbing, very frustrating. The last thing I want to do is go fill up the rental before I can even drive and load. The mobile check-in was a bit long. First time using mobile check-in/out and I didn't know it would to expect. The whole process was clear and effective though.
