The people just pulled the truck up and left, we had to go in and ask questions on how to attach the car to the trailer and to the truck. We were told they are not allowed to go over that with us. We have used UHaul many times before and the always went over things with us to assure the equipment does not get messed up as well as going through the truck to inspect. They need neither and said they were not allowed. The truck was dirty, banged. When driving the truck with the trailer on it we were not able to go over 40 mph, with it off we were able to get up to 50 mph anything over that the truck shook so bad it was hard to control. The break light did not work on the pull trailer and the straps were rusty and unable to adjust. The reverse lights on the truck half worked. The headlight did not work well, it was very deem. We were very unhappy with the experience.

No one was available….basically just dropping off a truck in a drieway
James BThe guy who ran it acted mad he had to come there on a Saturday. We had to wait in him. We drove within 20 miles, if that and I was told over the phone it would be 60 or so. My son put 20 in gas in it, he indicated to us out was in 3/4 a tank and it was not. He charged me right over 100. We took it back one hour early. I can attach the receipt. Please let me know how.
LINDA HDespite having my location changed for pick up with just 2 days notice, the owner went out of his way to accommodate my needs (He wasn’t supposed to be open that day!). Always call before picking up!!! That’s what saved me from a huge headache. He was fantastic!!
