No one at the site on drop off on a Saturday before noon and noone answering the phone. Just a field with loose stone on it and a post with a drop box. Wasted time driving around to find it because UHaul doesn’t have the complete address in the system - so GPS takes me to the wrong location.

John BI have rented several U-Haul trucks over the last two years, and this was the cleanest and best-maintained truck I have ever used. That says a lot! The owner of this location was extremely helpful and accommodating. I will definitely be looking to choose this location over others in the future.
CYNTHIA PHooked the equipment up to the wrong size ball. The trailer came off while I driving down the road. They still ended up charging me for 2 days instead of 1.
