Took to the address of return, but it was just a gravel lot with trucks and trailers with a drop box. No explanation of processing so I dropped the trailer off, left paperwork, and thought it was complete. 2 days later i got a call questioning the trailers whereabouts. It was all handled professionally, but confusion could have been avoided.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe hours posted on the door showed they would be open when we dropped off but nobody was there. Called the U-haul main number and they walked me through the return through the app. I prefer to drop off to a live person but this worked out I guess.

Janine WNo one at the site on drop off on a Saturday before noon and noone answering the phone. Just a field with loose stone on it and a post with a drop box. Wasted time driving around to find it because UHaul doesn’t have the complete address in the system - so GPS takes me to the wrong location.
