I have rented several U-Haul trucks over the last two years, and this was the cleanest and best-maintained truck I have ever used. That says a lot! The owner of this location was extremely helpful and accommodating. I will definitely be looking to choose this location over others in the future.

Hooked the equipment up to the wrong size ball. The trailer came off while I driving down the road. They still ended up charging me for 2 days instead of 1.

Jennifer MI would have somebody to help out and connect/attach the trailer. It would be more professional that’s all. If my wife was the one picking up the trailer she would have had a lot of trouble trying to do it herself. Overall great experience though! Abby was an excellent young lady.
