Autumn Enterprises was very helpful and I recommend them highly. However this was the second dealer I went to get my truck. The first one, C&A Automotive did not assign me a truck as promised and was not open on Saturday. I had to contact UHaul directly and have them look for a vehicle. This resulted in about a 45 minute delay in getting the equipment and having hired movers waiting for me. UHaul made it right but it never should have happened.

A little muddy in the parking lot? Our shoes and therefore the vehicle got muddy on account of that. Other than that, everything was A-OK.
Trina SWe didn't want to pick up at this location - there isn't anything wrong with the location necessarily, but Uhaul basically forced us to drive from Boise to Mountain Home and back to get the size truck we reserved and that is bad business.
