Ana MI would have someone there to help with the transition. I had no guidance on what to do and it felt weird just leaving the truck and keys in a lockbox without talking to someone to check it in.

Eran GAutumn Enterprises was very helpful and I recommend them highly. However this was the second dealer I went to get my truck. The first one, C&A Automotive did not assign me a truck as promised and was not open on Saturday. I had to contact UHaul directly and have them look for a vehicle. This resulted in about a 45 minute delay in getting the equipment and having hired movers waiting for me. UHaul made it right but it never should have happened.
