When returning the truck using the mobile App, i would suggest taking a picture of the dashboard being the last picture taken versus the first picture because i locked the keys in the truck concentrating on the next step to take ...... also there was no spare key at the rented location, I was told all the spare keys were at the corporate headquarters and would take 2 days to get so i had to hire a locksmith to get the keys out, cost me an additional $75 that day
