On the check out portion of the rental. on the part where you have to put your bank experation in, it doesn't work unless you write it out. Example normally I would write 09/29, like on every transaction I've ever done. But your U-Hall app to return, reject it unless I wrote it out 09/2029. That I didn't catch until I tried to restart several times and this was the only thing I didn't do, then it worked. I only reason I took the time was because I was waiting for my ride to pick me up. Kind of had nothing else to do ( the place was closed).
JAMES PWhen returning the truck using the mobile App, i would suggest taking a picture of the dashboard being the last picture taken versus the first picture because i locked the keys in the truck concentrating on the next step to take ...... also there was no spare key at the rented location, I was told all the spare keys were at the corporate headquarters and would take 2 days to get so i had to hire a locksmith to get the keys out, cost me an additional $75 that day
