STEPHEN Wi want to suggest you to please do not waste customer time , everyone have precious time ,so when i booked , i went to pickup truck and they said we do t have ,our system is crash so go 30km to another location then you can get from there , and they discount me only 50$ , thats not fine , thank you
amritpal AIt was a little confusing showing up at night, but I found a phone number and they told me where to park the truck and where to leave the keys, eventually. The worst part was the $25.00 charge for fuel, I left it with the same Mile to Empty. This as a hole has been the worst experience ever with U-haul!
