Location was fine - access to equipment online was a disaster - first place the trailer was broken - called uhaul - reservation was set up (David was very professional and helpful) had to wait 30 minutes or more as there was an error that had to be cleared. Not able to set up a reservation through the app as it wouldn't let me return in Brampton! The Uhaul is just up the street from me! Sold me the wrong trailer ball. Not the best experience i have had with Uhaul.
