Haul website was extremely slow... and took around 2 hours for processing pickup. The location rep was very helpful but thre uhaul service rep whom we called for assistance (12noon EST) was not familiar with basic Canadian taxes and caused lots of arguments and delay. Pickup was frustrating though location person and original uhaul headoffice person (10am) named Sikkim were helpful.
