Make sure you input the customer's information correctly! I didn't rent anything, however, because someone entered the phone number incorrectly, I kept receiving erroneous info that wasn't applicable to me. Was told by a lady at this location that she'd get the number transposition corrected so I didn't receive any additional stuff that didn't apply to me...but I guess that was a lie.

John was very nice, went through the rental agreement and process with fluidity. He also was there during my check out. Great guy, great location, friendly people. Dot was awesome during my phone call as well.

Customer service by store employees was great, the truck was not. Had crumbs on cup holder surface and a couple potato chips on the ground. Starting at 52 mph, there was a sounds coming from the dash area that was very loud and high pitch. From 52-60 it would range in pitch and would stop for about 10 seconds and start back up for several minutes. 60-70 it was constant and high pitched and I would say it was similar to listening to a steam whistle. I had to listen to that for 5 hours. After the first 30 minutes, I called roadside assistance to see if it was normal or a way to shut it off and the person said "The trucks aren't meant to be driven over 55. I can get someone out there and look at it, but without warning lights, not much they could do outside of road testing it to see.". She suggested that we could get a hotel room while they look at it (not an option as the move has cost us enough money). She also suggested that I drive 55 mph (this is interstate driving with 70 mph speed limit). I explained that is just asking for an accident. She stated that's all she could suggest. I'm not sure what could have been done, if anything. All I know is I had to drive 5 hours of our 6 hours trip with this blaring whistle sound. I ended up with a big headache and ringing ears. I did let the employee at my drop off location in Kokomo, IN know of the issues. Requested to talk to a manager about it but he said that there was not a manager on duty. I did play him an audio clip I took on my phone of the sound and he stated that it shouldn't have been doing that.

Was charged $21.95 After Hours Fee to drop off a trailer yet receipt was provided at 7am the next morning. What was the service fee for? No one there to help check in trailer yet the next morning a charge is applied. Sounds like gimmick to get extra fee.

I paid for pads which I didn't receive. I should have checked before I left but I assumed they were in there. Overall, I would use them again but probably wouldn't recommend.

The original location, easy towing in Smyrna FAILED to provide the trailer I needed.

The tail light was out when I picked up the trailer, so they repaired it. It was out again when I reached my destination so I had to drive almost 4 hours with a tail light out towing a car. Not ideal.

The kid who checked me in was more than just rude. " He doesn't answer questions more than once". If you don't believe me ask him. at least twice. He wouldn't give me rates for one way as opposed to local. He spent more time adjusting his stool than checking me in. The older guy there was flying through customers and was very helpful to them. Maybe this young man was just having a bad day,, but his customers shouldn't.

I was completely satisfied the most easiest experience. Pulled up they immediately waited on us and started getting the truck for the next customer. Staff was very pleasant and cordial. Thank you so much you have excellent employees.

I hate, despise, etc. the fact that I got a truck that was only 1/4 full of gas!!!!! If I were moving a long distance, then I would have to fill up near the beginning of the move. It is also almost impossible to judge how many gallons of gas I used so that I am not charged for having too little in the tank. It would be much easier to just fill up the tank at the end!!! I try not to use U-Haul for this reason.

I told my experience to a nice man named John Miller and he suggested we get a customer action compliant started. He said I should be contacted within 3 days. (Wed 11/20).
