Whoever is finishing up the equipment for us to turn in to be more friendly. He told me I had to wait outside despite it being cold. Never said I could come in. That was the biggest turn off. He seemed upset that I didn't want to fill up the gas tank. He said I could go and get some. I said no. The getting everything set up was fine.

We checked in on line but there was a shortage of office people at first. We had to wait on the one person to finish with another customer. Check-in wasn't really faster on this occasion.

They didnt check in the auto transporter and I got charged for an extra day on Monday the 7th. They issued a refund but $2,55 short of what they charge my card. This large of a company shouldn't have these issues.. not again for me I will rent from somewhere else when I need the equipment next time.

This location was great, but it was the 3rd location we were referred to for the truck rental which added 75 additional miles to our reservation because the 1st location - 532 N. 1st Street Pulaski TN (which was preferred) was closed on Sunday so we were referred to a 2nd location of 2470 US 64 Pulaki TN but they didn't have a 15 ft truck which we were not made aware of until I called in last night to confirm this 2nd location because I never received an email confirmation. Had I not called we would have been screwed. Because of all this we have to pick up a truck here in Murfreesboro, then drive to Pulaski and load my daughter up, then drive back to Murfreesboro. This was NOT the way, or how we intended for this move to go. We wanted to drive to Pulaski and pick up a truck there and drive to Murfreesboro. Very unhappy.

I rented an open trailer and picked it up in the dark. I didn’t think I needed to check the contents but I found it was full of pebbles. I didn’t want to return it dirty so I had to wash it out

Ask the customer do they prefer automatic or manual, not assume that the customer can drive a manual.

It felt like there were plenty of areas for "nickling and diming" the customer. The only thing that left a bad taste was getting the gas surcharge. There is no indication how many gallons the truck has, so i attempted to refill the gas to get it as close back to the 3/4 tank. The clerk who checked me in told me that the dial was a hair under 3/4 and had to charge me $5. I doubt if I overfilled the tank, I would get a refund on returning it with too much gas. I also paid the full $30 for a day of use, but I was told I needed to return the truck at 4:30 versus the 7:00 closing time because they had another rental. So I had to pay for a full day for 5 hours of use and still got double charged on gas for it.

When I made the reservation, there was no indication that tax would be added later; in fact, the last page of the reservation indicated what any reasonable individual would think was the total and final charge for the rental. Had I known that tax was not included in the reservation price, I would have used a Budget truck because it would have been a better value. This practice is misleading at best and deceptive at worst. As a result, I would like a full refund of the taxes I was charged and for you to correct this misleading practice by including the FULL price of the rental up front.

I reserve a van couple of days ago but the day I went to pick it up they told me its not available , I don't feel good about that , I took 10F b I have to but I really want the van .
