The staff member had no idea how the process worked to check out a vehicle. I was using the mobile app and was having difficulty with the process. He even had to call U-Haul customer service because he didn’t know. The truck was completely empty of gas (0 miles to empty) which concerned me just getting to a gas station. The staff member said they would put in for a fuel credit, but that didn’t happen, the floor was dirty and had a little trash in it.
