This is the second time in a month that the equipment I've reserved has not been available upon my arrival. The employees show little care and comment that it happens daily. It is a waste of my time and no way to run a business.

JILL HExcellent customer service, dealer hooked up trailer for me. Luckily I checked behind them though, I forgot to turn my triple hitch to the 2in ball beforehand. Locally I would have been okay with it on 1 7/8in but one-way trip out of town probably not. Have associates keep a 2in binder clip on their keys if they can’t tell the size difference visually. No big deal, I’ll be renting from this location again in the future. Still a great dealer!
