CRAIG ZFix your mobile app. It cost me a lot of time trying to do a mobile pickup. I was asked for the same information that was given during the reservation. I was signed into the app and still had to add information I had already provided. I had to keep redoing the same steps over and over. The app was not clear or user friendly.
