Digital registration is very difficult to navigate. A smart phone is necessary and the web site is not user friendly. Let’s go back to having helpful people assist in renting a truck or trailer.
DAVID AWe did not have the dolly or furniture pads we pad for in the truck. Not sure where we were suppose to pick those up if they were closed.
Sydney LThe two dolly's we rented were not in the truck. We had to drive to a different location to pick them up. They charged us for the dolly's, the gas to pick them up, and the extra hours that were added on that they informed us would be free. This whole mess had terrible communication and has cost us a lot of money. This happened right before the holidays, right before Christmas. I did not expect to pay this much for poor service. This has made Christmas a lot more stressful.
