I spoke to customer care and told about the delay, and wanting to change either the pick up or drop of time but that did not change and then I was charged extra for the late delivery. This lack of communication isn’t what I was looking forward to which ended up costing me more than that I should had been charged

The service was impeccable. I They care about the client so much- he made sure to help us figure out how much gas to put in and saved us all the fees that uhaul cahrges for not filling up and answered all our questions, super fast as well. Highly recommend.
