Great customer service! Lady in the office (sorry forgot your name) was very friendly and helpful. The truck was available as per our rental request. Also the truck was clean and in good running order and we appreciated that there was a lock provided. We were fortunate that extra blankets were available as we had decided it would be better to have more., but didn't pre-book. (Lady I spoke to in the USA thought extra blankets would be available, but lady at the location we rented from had said that isn't always the case, so if wanting blankets it is better to phone location directly.) The only difficulty was the online requests as most options did not work (giving driver license number) so head office should streamline the online process. Overall, we were happy with the service...thank you!
