Nice location if you want to drive 10 miles out of your way to get rental for 6 hours , when I have a location 1 mile away Do not mind the drive to get truck, but you get charged the extra 20 miles is unacceptable.

Location was clean and well organized. Return was quick and easy. But they messed up the billing. I had prepaid for an extra day by calling Uhaul before I picked up the truck. But when I returned it I was charged for an additional day again. When I went back and questioned them I was told that a manager would call and refund the additional charge. I am still waiting for that call.

I have two storage units , I was consolidating into one and rented a truck to do so .. a 10 footer. Upon consolidating I came back into store and asked if there was a dumpster. There were two young attendants on duty at desk . The boy who was closing out my one unit, said yes right there .. the girl said it will be ten bucks a month. I said why would I pay a monthly if I’m only throwing away two 10x12 area rugs. She said well I’ll have to charge u ten bucks and it’s full anyways. Like two 10x12 rolled up rugs would kill the dumpster or something ... none the less the boy said if they’re in good condition I’ll take them off your hands I said great... off to empty the truck I had filled. I come back to return truck and before asking me she went ahead and charged my credit card I used to reserve the truck ... I said I didn’t wanna charge my card I was gonna pay cash ... she said oh then it will be a few minutes took truck key and left the store... upon waiting for her return and wondering why this taking so long she finally comes back in and is now pushing buttons on computer I finally said what’s the matter and she said I’m trying to figure out how to reverse the charges so u can pay cash. I finally just said forget it and left. The printer was messed up so I got no hard copy receipt but she said I’d get an email. Place is disorganized , the girl has hickeys up n down her neck all the time , unprofessional to say the least and has no clue and is just there collecting an hourly .... Past experience has been poor also. They put a lock on my unit because the bill wasn’t paid ... it was supposed to be on auto debit and for some reason it wasn’t , only reason I found out was when I went there to take something out of unit. After straightening out the problem of payment no one had the key to the lock they had put on my unit I had to come back later ??????

This was the first time I have rented from Uhaul and I will now avoid ever having to do this again at all cost! Almost every worker I spoke with during this process was short and rude with me, even when I was just confirming my reservation! I was not given the equipment I originally reserved, nor was it communicated to me that I would not be given the original equipment I reserved. Honestly, hardly anything was communicated to me in general, even when I asked for clarification. I was extremely overcharged and again was rebutted with attitude and indifference. The only person who actually helped in anyway was Mike, but all he could do was explain the charges and tell the manager that I was overcharged. Even the manager seemed like he had better things to do than explain to me why this happened and how they were going to resolve it. If I ever move again, I will do whatever it takes to never deal with Uhaul and this kind of mistreatment.

The air conditioner cycled on and off by itself regularly. The staff was all behind the counter and never walked out to the truck with me, for either the the return or the pick up. When I asked about the towing light on the instrument panel, they said that's just always there, although by the look on their faces, they were not 100% sure what I was talking about. I filled the tank back to where it was before I left (5 gallons a bit excessive for a 25 mile drive), but since nobody came out with me to question it, I was charged for gas after I left. I'm hoping it was just the B team working that day.



Great Service! I want to recognize the staff for allowing me to rent the vehicle last night and trusted that I would return it for another customers scheduled pickup today. Both locations on route 59 vehicles was sold out this weekend, it worked out perfect for my needs.
