Even though I called 3 times to confirm drop off location and logistics, we arrived just a few minutes after 5:00pm and the "live person attendant" was already gone for the day (5:00 is when they leave even though online and phone calls told us up until 7:00pm was their hours of operation). After 5:00 you get to talk to someone via video, who contradicted everything we had been told on the phone and confirmed via text! We dropped the trailer off a day early and they didn't log it as returned until a full day later. Still within the contract constraints, but not sure why it took all day to log our return.
