It was a virtual person at first, was fine ok I guess, I prefer a person. Then manager came fairly soon he was very fast sent receipt immediately via email.

The radio was busted and there was a check engine light on the entire time. But besides that, good.
Eric HWhen I got there, there was no one there to help us. We had to talk to someone virtually. We had to use a cellphone to log in to get the truck because the virtual person told us that systems were down. Had to use a code to unlock the keys. Had to figure out what truck we were booked to use. It would have been much easier if there was a live human there to instruct and assist us.
Lorraine LTim was awesome!! (He assisted with the checkout process and even helped setup our next rental to complete our move!) spectacular. And the virtual assistant at check-in and pickup made the process seamless. Well done!
