Not thrilled with the virtual counter person.
David HThe truck was not clean inside the cabin ,stearing wheel wore down and sticky. Age of vehicle had very little saftey equipment on the truck. The truck was not pre loaded with dolly and moving blankets as they told me it would be loaded.
Charles KNo live person was there when I went to pick up my trailer. I had to wait 30 mins for someone to get there after driving an hour to this location. This reservation was messed up from the beginning. I made a reservation online for a one-way trailer rental. The initial location transferred it and in doing so dropped the one-way designation (which should not be possible) and so I had no trailer available in my area. The only saving grace was Kaitlyn with the local scheduling office. Had it not been for her, it would have not worked out - she deserves massive kudos.
NILE MDarian was a savior. Being a senior the Virital experience is overwhelming. My phone wouldn't upload the license and she came to help twice. The location is short of help but we rented 2x over the two weeks and they made sure thevrental went smoothly.
