It was very difficult to understand how to pick it up. When we finally were able to understand the instructions, the lock box wouldn’t open. It consumed a lot of time to take pictures of the truck before and after use of the truck.

PATRICIA GMy initial reservation was for the 11825 Collier Blvd, Naples, FL 34116 location. I had made the reservation at 9:00 am and went to pick it up at 10:00 am the same morning and they did not have the auto transport. The 11825 Collier Blvd. location is dirty, unorganized and always smells like a marijuana dispensary. It is hard to find any English speaking employees or patrons. I feel like I'm in a third world country here in Naples, FL. If I was U-Haul I would not want this business location representing my company. To be clear, Randall Center Mobil was clean and orderly. 11825 Collier Blvd is your problem.
