I went to the app and use the app to reserve a truck and it had me reserve it at the Logan Boulevard location, which was convenient to me, but when I called that morning, they said they no longer have trucks at that location that I had to go to Randall Boulevard so it’s stupid that you made me reserve at Logan And Randall Blvd. did not have my reservation so I had to start the whole thing all over again, so please take Logan off the app and the website that says that they rent trucks when it does not. It was a pain in the ass and I almost didn’t get a truck so I’m not happy with U-Haul at all, but the Randall location was very good
