The app never seems to work and virtual help isn’t as helpful as having someone there to assist. The app never works when taking pictures. It added at least an extra 30 minutes to my pick up time. Had to call U-Haul.
TIMOTHY GI did not have the uboxes shipped so all these questions are invalid.
GARRETT CPaid for moving equipment and scheduled pickup after hours. The furniture pads were not included and I therefore couldn't load my vehicle that evening as planned which then delayed my move until the day. Further, upon pickup, the vehicle had a check engine light on so I also had to call Roadside Assistance to fix it. After they serviced it, the check engine light came back on. After calling customer service and assistance again, they told me it was fine to drive. It was a long distance drive and I didnt feel safe. Because I had to delay my trip, I had to pay a fee and reschedule my unloaders for the next day. Further, when I informed my drop off location of everything and needing to extend drop off for the next day, they responded with "okay, we will bill you for another day". How is this the response for something that is THEIR ERROR? A Manager finally waived the fee. But when I spoke with Customer Service the next day to address the entire issue, they said the Naples Midgard manager would contact me in 48 hours. He never did. Instead he just issued a credit for $50. INSULTING AND NEVER USING THEM AGAIN!! DIDN'T EVEN CALL ME TO ADDRESS IT AS WAS TOLD!
Jasna GHire help. The customer shouldn’t have to do all the work on a phone or laptop top. Virtual is really stupid.
