The drop off location was unexpected as it is a Vape store. That said, the lady was very nice and professional. She was instrumental in helping find my grandson's phone, which he left in the truck.
ROSOLYN SParking with a 26 ft truck was a little more difficult but we figured it out. We dropped off after hours so didn’t have a chance to interact with anyone but drop off process was also pretty easy

Kiarra DWay too high. I never paid this much for a U-Haul. And u asked the way why it was almost $200 she said because of the weekend. Smh. I really needed it If. It for that I would have walked out.
