DARRELL MI had to purchase a pair of windshield wipers for the U-Haul truck - and I was reimbursed immediately. The boss at this location called corporate and within 10 minutes I was reimbursed the $32.00. Excellent customer service!!
EDWARD MYou sent me a text to take the trailer another place. I didn’t see the text until after I had dropped it off. It is not convenient at all to change the drop location after the contract is signed. This location also has no indication that it is a U-Haul store. It only says Boost mobile.
