1. Just an observation is that it seems morale is low at this location. Who knows why? Overworked? 2. Poor data/IT system. My account is always impossible to locate on the computer and I've been paying for two storage units for two years. I've used trucks three times in two years and there is always a long delay getting checked in. I'm not blaming the employees— it may be time to change your IT provider. 3. Our windshield was so dirty it was a serious driving hazard. As we were returning the vehicle to UHaul, we were driving directly into the western sun and it was a very dangerous situation because of the dirty windshield. When we talked to an employee on duty , we were told “they are supposed to clean it.” We think a better response would have been “ I will talk to the cleaner about it and I regret you had the experience .” 4. We returned the vehicle after 5pm and could not locate the key drop box. We canvassed the front door and walked all over the lot looking for a place to leave the key. Finally, we locked it into the truck as we could not imagine UHaul not having an extra key. I was called about it and the manager was exasperated with me. He complained to me that he would have to call a locksmith. It is hard for me to imagine that this is the first time UHaul has had this experience. A pretty cheap and easy solution would be to have an extra key. A very cheap solution. In addition, how hard would it be to tell the customer when he signs the contract that there's a drop box on the door?

We were charged for 24 furniture pads, but they didn't have any available. They assured us the charges would be removed at the drop off location.

The truck did not have the 2 dozen furniture pads we had reserved. The clerk was rude and said a reservation is not a guarantee and there was nothing he could do. Only one of the 3 staff were wearing masks. The whole environment did not feel emotionally or physically safe.

Make sure the mileage, in the system, matches the mileage, on the vehicle. I had a slight issue, regarding mileage, but, it was corrected.

The young man who waited on me was the most disrespectful human being I have ever known. I actually told him that I was in fear and felt threatened by the way he treated me. As I approached him for service he sat down and started throwing things. Did not say a word to me other than huffing and puffing his breath - apparently I was not supposed to approach the counter. I did not know that and he did not speak to tell me that. I apologized to him after I realized why he was so upset. It was the worst and scariest experience I have ever had. I would be glad to speak to someone if you wish. I usually don't give my feedback but felt I needed to this time. Thank you so much.

While picking up my truck it was an altercation with a customer and your uhaul employee ....it was a frightening experience especially when the uhaul employee threatened to go to his car didn't know if he meant that to get a weapon or what but I was trying to hurry and leave

Jeremy is awesome. Helped me a couple of weeks ago figure out how the electrical connector worked on my 2004 Land Cruiser. Showed me everything I needed to get everything set up a few weeks later. Fast forward to tonight. I come rolling in after a long 500-mlle day from Greensboro, NC about 30 minutes before closing, needing to turn in a 12x6 double-axle trailer. I was worried that this wouldn't be enough time to get everything checked out. Jeremy got my moving blanket count done, the two dollies checked back in, and lifted the whole dang trailer off of the hitch with ease - all in about 5 minutes. As long as I live in the west Nashville area, this is my go-to for U-Haul rentals.

The pickup truck I had reserved was totalled the day before, I wasn't notified, and this location had no others. The 10' box they offered sufficed but was not ideal for my original purpose. And if you're going to mandate mask wearing inside (I have no issue with that), then tell your employees that wearing them under their chin doesn't cut it. My overall impression was of disgruntled young guys who really didn't want to be there.

The first person I encountered at this location was an employee with no mask giving me an attitude giving m grief Over me trying to hand my printed conformation. I was wearing a mask. She then proceeded to tell coworker she was messing with this guy. No customer service skills. Should not be allowed to to customers or fired for sorry ethics. Will never use this location again

According to the exceptionally friendly and pleasant employee who hooked up my trailer, it had been a very difficult day at the store, for a myriad of reasons. The owner was on a health-related leave, and the Area Manager was working the counter. He was clearly struggling to produce even a modicum of civility, and I had to ask him to repeat nearly everything he said (he had no accent, and I have excellent hearing), but he was mumbling under his breath, rather than engaging with me. I'm a very low-maintenance customer, and I use this store often because of its proximity to my home. I think that management should be held to an even higher standard than “regular” employees, and had I witnessed one of my employees behaving the way this particular manager did, he would have been out the door. This was an isolated incident (and hopefully one I won't be required to repeat).

My wasn't able to check out via mobile because they double booked my truck. They gave me a 20' truck instead which was way to big and the wipers didn't work plus the passenger side mirror was duck taped in place but still moved while driving so I couldn't see the entire passenger side of the truck making it very dangerous to drive. I will never use I haul again.

Terrible experience trying to get the u-haul, charged for one, wasn't on lot, tried to upsell larger one, tried to charge me higher rate because the employee said it wasn't his fault it wasn't on lot, charged 2nd time for one, told them I was dropping off in 42001 area code - one way trip, when I got to that dealer he said the Nash dealer had charged me incorrect price and the vehicle was an in town vehicle. I've called the dealership to get resolved 3x's & still nothing. I am beyond offended and extremely angry about this. I need a mgt team member to call me!!!!!!!!!! 270.519.0746
