brandon B. | Overall ExperienceA very busy facility. A few times there was no space for my vehicle due to the amount of on site rental equipment. Other than those 3 or 4 times over almost two months our experience met our expectations and the managers were both very hard working and willing to be available.
Jesse M. | Overall ExperienceI doubt I’d ever use this particular U-haul (Annex Ave Nashville) again. My reason is the ramp that goes up to the 3rd floor is dangerously steep. Getting a cart (even empty) up there is hard enough but coming down is difficult and scary. I had to hire someone to help me when I could have done it myself. I’m surprised there is no warning/ caution sign. If I had tried to come down with a full (or even half full) cart, I have no doubt that I would’ve been run over and seriously hurt. I see it as a lawsuit waiting to happen.
