Very helpful staff. Courteous and friendly but still efficient. 5 stars here The lot itself could use a little work.
GRAHAM SI was informed at pickup that I did not have the two wheel cart or furniture pads even though I picked up the keys from an attendant at the location. I had to return to the location after I had opened the truck to find it was missing. A heads up would’ve been helpful. I understand small locations cannot guarantee these items will be provided but they should have at least told me that.
