I did not ask for help with drop off. Had to drive 24 mins away for drop off. That put us over the mile limitation costing additional money on top of $200 rental. I will never use uhaul again.
Amanda CI needed to speak to someone at this location about my online rental. I was unable to find a suitable number for this location. I ended up going in person which took a bunch of time out of my day.
ROBERT NThis was at a convenience station and only one person working so wait time was extended while he was waiting on store customers. Also some one had mowed around trailer area and equipment was covered with wet grass.
JOE PCommunication with the U-Haul locations to make sure they have the equipment. This has been an extremely stressful experience.
