I reserved a trailer online at the Green Hill NC center. When I arrived they did not have the trailer that I reserved or any trailer actually, that was 100% guaranteed by the APP. The green hill store is 35 minutes away from my house, so they sent me to the Nebo store which is an additional 30 minutes from there. When I got there the stores internet wasn't working therefore they could not confirm my reservation. I had to wait about 20-30 minutes for them to finally get it confirmed, then she needed additional information that the APP did not ask me for. Then when we hooked the trailer to my tow vehicle, the left turn signal on the trailer did not work, and she said that she couldn't let me take it. I had this pick up of material coordinated and had to get it at a certain time which all of this run around had already made me late for. Finally once I proved to her that is was the trailer and not my tow vehicle she let me leave, but told me that I had to return the trailer to that specific store. I called the 1-800 number to finally convince someone to allow me to return it closer to my home. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in this U-Haul rental experience.

I was told to go hook up the U-Haul myself. Mind you I am 59 years old, female and was not able to lift the tongue of that dick by 12 trailer by myself. I had to ask two gentlemen that were pumping gas at the Nebo truck stop to hook up my trailer because the gentleman running his business was the only one there and when I dropped off the trailer told the same thing unhook it myself and leave it there. I had to call somebody that my daughter knew to come over to foot tire service to help me get the U-Haul off of the hit of my vehicle. U-Haul service was crap. No one helped me with it other than charged my card and told me to take pictures and have a great day. I would like a phone call from someone to discuss this matter further.
